30 Day Enoughness Challenge

Ridiculously short notice – but hey! I’m an Aries 😉

I am participating in Michelle Holmes’ “30 Day True Reflection Challenge” and it obviously inspired me to do something that my mind thinks is COMPLETELY crazy: I want to go on a “Personal 30 Day Enoughness Challenge”.

What I will do is the following: I commit to doing my mantra, “I am enough and worthy of love and belonging” at least once a day (My perfectionist is having a fit! “ONCE a DAY???” But I am sticking to Stephen Guise’s “Mini Habits”, http://minihabits.com/, and after all, this is about being enough, right?)
And I also commit to doing “10 Breaths for Happiness” (Glen Schneider’s book: https://www.amazon.de/Ten-Breaths-Happiness-To…/…/1937006395). Yes, also only once a day, thank you very much for your input, perfectionist!

At the end of the day, I will give an update on how it went.
I am doing this publicly because I found out I am an “obliger” according to Gretchen Rubin’s motivational types (if you want to do the test yourself: http://www.gretchenrubin.com/…/ta-da-the-launch-of-my-quiz…/), meaning, I need external motivation to follow through with plans.
